Flour

We raise a heritage wheat called turkey red hard wheat on our farm.  This is an older wheat that was the predominant wheat in Kansas in the early 1900s.  It has a robust root system and thrives with less fertilizer.

We use no chemicals on our wheat and grow it in a regenerative manner.  

Eaters indicate heritage wheats cause less digestion issues.

Our flours and baking mixes have no preservatives and include the whole grain for the full nutrition.
