Our Beef

Our cattle are raised on grass pastures with rotational grazing and cover crop forages to regenerate soil and animal health.  We utilize black angus cattle for their resilience, ability to thrive on grass, and tenderness.  The genetics of our cattle have developed over years of grazing on our family pastures here near Girard.  

We never use added hormones on our cattle.  We also almost never utilize an antibiotic, but we will if required to heal an animal.  

Our cattle are grass finished on cover crops, providing a nutrient packed beef and manure for our crop fields.

The beef will grade choice or better for marbling and tenderness. All beef will be vacuum sealed at a Kansas State inspected facility.
