Enjoy a variety of cuts from our pasture raised pork!
Our pasture pork is raised outside on grass in the summer and in a bedded pen in the winter.
The hogs are fed a regeneratively grown mix of milo, cowpeas, and sunflower seeds from our farm. Pasture pork is know to be nutrient dense, more flavorful, and more marbled.
1/2 Hog is approximately 65-75 lbs of meat:
Chops: About 18 pounds
Bacon: About 7 pounds
Ham: About 14 pounds
Shoulder & Roasts: About 10 pounds
Ribs: About 2-4 pounds of spare ribs and/or baby back ribs
Ground Pork & Sausage: About 20 pounds of ground pork & breakfast sausage
Tenderloin: About 1 pound of whole pork tenderloin
