Bundle of 50 lbs of home raised all natural grass finished beef.  Our cattle are raised on grass pastures with rotational grazing and cover crop forages to regenerate soil and animal health. The beef will grade choice or better for marbling and tenderness. All beef will be vacuum sealed at a Kansas State inspected facility.

A good rule of thumb is one cubic foot for every 30-35 lbs of frozen meat so this bundle will take up roughly two cubic feet in your freezer.

• 35% savory cuts & roasts: chuck/arm/rump roasts, sirloin tip, brisket, short ribs, soup bones & stew meat
• 40% premium ground beef
