Our pasture pork is raised outside on grass in the summer and in a bedded pen in the winter.
The hogs are fed a regeneratively grown mix of milo, cowpeas, and sunflower seeds from our farm. Pasture pork is know to be nutrient dense, more flavorful, and more marbled.
