Great for an alternative to ground beef recipes, as well as, some favorites like dumplings, fried rice, and lasagna!

Our pasture pork is raised outside on grass in the summer and in a bedded pen in the winter.

The hogs are fed a regeneratively grown mix of milo, cowpeas, and sunflower seeds from our farm.  Pasture pork is know to be nutrient dense, more flavorful, and more marbled.
