Beef Brisket is a great roast for smoking or as a pot roast.  It is highly flavorfully and juicy.  Our small briskets weigh 3-4 lbs.  Our large briskets weigh 6-7 lbs.  

We like to cook our brisket in a crockpot on low for 8 hours with a cup of beef broth.
