For maximum juiciness when grilling, sear each side of a steak in a cast iron pan with melted butter for no more than 2 minutes on each side. Then, cook the steaks in a 200 degree oven or on a grill until you reach an internal temperature of 115 degrees. Allow the steaks to rest for 15 minutes before eating. Season as desired and chow down!
