Enjoy a tender flavorful ham from our our pasture raised pork!
This ham is uncured. Our pasture pork is raised outside on grass in the summer and in a bedded pen in the winter.
The hogs are fed a regeneratively grown mix of milo, cowpeas, and sunflower seeds from our farm. Pasture pork is know to be nutrient dense, more flavorful, and more marbled.
Our hams weigh approximately 3.5 lbs.
